PHA BOARD MEETING
The next regular business Board meeting will be held on September 23, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
The Executive Director of the Saint Paul Public Housing Agency has declared that conducting an in-person public meeting of the Board of Commissioners is not practical or prudent because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the presently declared national, state and local states of emergencies.
In addition, the Executive Director of the Saint Paul Public Housing Agency has declared that it is not feasible for members of the Board of Commissioners and members of the public to attend the meeting at its regular location due to the current health pandemic and declared states of emergency. Accordingly, all members of the Board of Commissioners will attend this meeting by telephone. The meeting regularly held in the 4th Floor Boardroom at 555 N. Wabasha Street in the City of Saint Paul will be available to the public via telephone call-in as set forth below.
Members of the public may listen to the meeting remotely by dialing 1-877-853-5257. The meeting ID number is 897 0708 1998#, passcode: 249944. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. The public will be able to hear all discussion and testimony of the members of the Commission. All votes will be conducted by rollcall. Please be advised that the Commission may require the person making a connection to pay for the documented additional cost that the Commission incurs as a result of the additional connection.

St. Paul PHA Multifamily Housing Waiting List Opening
0/1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Bedroom Apartments
The St. Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) will begin accepting online applications for apartments with 0-5 bedroom on September 17, 2020 and continuing until further notice.

St. Paul PHA Public Housing Waiting Lists Closing October 1, 2018
Beginning October 1, 2018 and until further notice, the St. Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) will stop accepting applications for its public housing program. Effective on this date, the PHA will not be accepting applications for any bedroom size.
All applications received prior to October 1st will be processed according to the PHA’s approved policies. The policies include admission preferences for persons who live, work or attend school in the City of St. Paul, or who have been accepted for work or school in St. Paul; and for veterans, members of the armed services and their dependents.
The PHA will announce in advance when the waiting list will reopen for new applications.
Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher Landlord Orientation
Landlord orientation is a free one-hour session that provides both prospective and existing landlords an introduction to how Section 8 works in St. Paul. The sessions are held at the Central Administrative Office on the third floor.
Beginning June 1, 2015 the PHA will no longer accept rent payments at our Central Administrative Office. Rent payments may be paid by mail or online.
