HAI Group 2020 Resident Scholarship Program
HAI Group is now accepting applications for its Resident Scholarship Program. This scholarship is open to PHA residents and Section 8 HCV participants. This year HAI Group will be awarding scholarships worth $6,000 each to 20 residents to continue their education. Application deadline is April 30, 2020.

2020 Minnesota NAHRO Education Scholarship Opportunity
Minnesota NAHRO is now accepting applications for its 2020 Education Scholarship Program. This scholarship is open to PHA residents and Section 8 HCV participants and may be used for any accredited post-secondary education program. Application due to PHA (sponsoring agency) by March 13, 2020. PHA will review and sponsor one application from submissions received to forward to MN NAHRO. Scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded if selected by MN NAHRO.

NCRC NAHRO Ernest J. Bohn Scholarship Program
North Central Regional Council (NCRC) NAHRO is now accepting applications for its annual Ernest J. Bohn Education Scholarships. This scholarship is available to PHA residents and Section 8 participants. Two successful candidates are eligible for scholarships in the amount of $1,000 or $500 respectively. Application deadline to the PHA is March 6, 2020. PHA will review and sponsor one application from submissions received to forward to NCRC NAHRO by March 13, 2020.

The next regular business meeting will be held on February 26, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. The PHA Board Meetings are held at the Central Administrative Office in the Boardroom on the fourth floor.

St. Paul PHA Public Housing Waiting Lists Closing October 1, 2018
Beginning October 1, 2018 and until further notice, the St. Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) will stop accepting applications for its public housing program. Effective on this date, the PHA will not be accepting applications for any bedroom size.
All applications received prior to October 1st will be processed according to the PHA’s approved policies. The policies include admission preferences for persons who live, work or attend school in the City of St. Paul, or who have been accepted for work or school in St. Paul; and for veterans, members of the armed services and their dependents.
The PHA will announce in advance when the waiting list will reopen for new applications.
Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher Landlord Orientation
Landlord orientation is a free one-hour session that provides both prospective and existing landlords an introduction to how Section 8 works in St. Paul. The sessions are held at the Central Administrative Office on the third floor.
Beginning June 1, 2015 the PHA will no longer accept rent payments at our Central Administrative Office. Rent payments may be paid by mail or online.
